Am Münchner Oberlandesgericht begann am Dienstag der Prozess gegen Dieter S. (M.) sowie zwei mutmaßliche Mittäter. Ihnen wird ein besonders schwerer Fall von geheimdienstlicher Tätigkeit zur Last gelegt, darauf stehen bis zu zehn Jahre Haft.
